The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press is seeking a staff attorney to enhance its capacity to address legal challenges to press freedom and ensure journalists nationwide have access to pro bono legal resources. The Staff Attorney will offer direct legal services, representing the Reporters Committee, news organizations, and journalists in litigation concerning newsgathering and First Amendment rights. The Staff Attorney will contribute to amicus and pre-publication practices and conduct trainings for journalists.
